No Restriction On Copying Photos or Images on The Net You can't do much about it. The best things you can do are:
1) Stamp your pictures with an identification of some kind, such as an email address. That way, if someone does steal them, it has an identification mark that will not match their own email and such. However, a skilled person can most likely remove stamps with photoshop.
2) Do not put your pictures online. I know this is most likely an option, but it's the most effective.
3) Write FB and MySpace and see what their recommendations are and petition them to make pictures unclickable or at least make it any option for users. Some websites allow users that option and pictures cannot be clicked or saved by viewers.
Unfortunately, being on the internet removes privacy. Check out the "Creative Commons License" to know an even scarier thing about the internet. People on Flickr can have their pictures taken and used anywhere for anything without their conscent and as of now, it's legal.
One incident was where a guy found out through second-hand sources that one of his Flickr pics had been taken and used by Virgin for an ad in Australia. He had never approved it or anything. There is much debate and argument over this issue, but as of now, it's legal.
